INTERNAL REGULATION

In compliance with Decree 1964 of December 6, 2016, Poblado Park Guest House SAS implements this system of "Hotel Registration Forms" in which our guests receive and agree to respect our internal guest regulations.

 

This regulation printed on the receipt delivered to the guest can be consulted in Spanish and English:

1. YOU MUST Show your ID for registration (valid and active Cédula or Passport), there's no exceptions to avoid this rule.

2. In accordance with Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013 and Decree 1074 of 2015, the privacy of personal data is respected.

3. In accordance with Resolution 1238 of 2018 regarding the immigration report, the data of your passport and stay will be communicated to the immigration services through the government platform SIRE.

4. The commercial sexual exploitation of children and adolescents (CSEC) is a crime. We invite our guests to consult our code of conduct to prevent and deal with CSEC.

5. We invite our guests to consult our sustainability policy available on our website in which we establish our commitment to the development of practices that reduce the negative impacts on social, cultural, environmental and economic aspects generated by the provision of our service.

6. Visits are authorized if they notify us before 6:00 pm, you must notify us and present the visitor's identity document. Remember to keep your guests behaving appropriately and not disturb other guests and neighbors.

7. The number of people staying in the room may not exceed the assigned capacity.

8. For the comfort of our guests, pets are not allowed.

9. It is not allowed to enter with firearms, explosives, flammable substances or similar. Decree 2535 of 1993.

 

 

HOUSE REGULATION

1. Payment is made in advance or during Check in.

2. High volume music is strictly prohibited in common areas or bedrooms.

3. Please limit the use of common areas between 10:00 pm-7: 30 am to respect the rest of the other guests and neighbors.

4. Please make a conscious and regulated use of the products left in free service such as detergent, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper.

5. It is totally forbidden to take the implements of the rooms and apartment (towels, sheets, blankets, remote control, kitchen utensils, among others) which the room or establishment has, will be automatically charged to your account.

6. All damage or loss caused by the guest to personal property and equipment must be paid according to the value established by the company.

7. When checking out, the guest must leave the room key on the bed or desk.

8. Check Out is at 11:30 am, with the company being empowered to request the guest to vacate the room. After 1:00 pm, the room of the guest's belongings will be vacated, placing them without obligation or responsibility, at the reception.

9. Poblado Guest House is not responsible for objects forgotten or lost on the premises of the establishment.

10. The reception hours are from 10:00 am to 7:30 pm and there is no room service.

11. Room cleaning is done every 4 nights.

TERMINATION OF CONTRACT WITHOUT REFUND

1. For violation of any regulation detailed in this document

2. For committing faults in morals and good manners, disturbing others.
